Plasma post processing

Hi, I've just finished building my CNC plasma table using an Arduino mega2560 board with Ramps 1.4 and a reprapdiscount full graphic smart controller, as my controller, with Repetier firmware installed.
I am using sheetcam to create my G-code but i either get incomplete movements or the plasma firing up at wrong time if at all.
Does anyone have a Post Processor that works with Repetier or can point me in the direction of firmware config that works?
