Why is it not able to use Slic3r 1.3.0 in Repetier-Host

I habe instaled Repetier-Host on a fresh Windows 7 64 Bit
I want to integrate Slic3r 1.3.0 into it but slicing want work. Only the GUI from Slic3r starts an use some default settings. If i close slic3r this wauld be displayed:

    You need to reference slic3r-console not slic3r for 1.3.0. Also 1.3.0 needs some special care as things have changed. The upcoming 2.0 release knows how to handle this and has a version selector for that release.
