printer restarts right as print begins
I have a small delta 180mm. I have had it up and running for almost 3 years. it prints not bad at all. lately I have noticed that things were starting to loosen up and get slightly sloppy, so I figured it was time to add a heatbed, update the firmware, and recalibrate. I am running repetier 9.29, up from 9.25. as I said t worked great for years. the problem now is after I hook all up now I notice that when I am only usb the lcd doesn't come on. when I have it all started up plugged in usb and psu, repetier host connects I can home, heat both extruders (e3d chimera), and the heatbed. everything moves around and it is now after a very long two days of free time calibrated to my liking. so I set up to print a few backup parts. I slice (cura) and heat up one extruder and the bed for pla (I don't need it but its new why not) as soon as temps are right I hit start and the nozzle drops to the bed, I'm all excited and it stops and everything restarts. &)#(&%)#) so I move it around a little re arrange the parts reslice reheat and same happens I save to sd card and try to print from there still with usb plugged in same happens I'm stumped. and I really was looking forward to getting a few things printed, any suggestions. ps I copied most settings straight from old firmware only changed z height and had to adjust printer radius for flatness during calibration otherwise its all the same. only happens the second a print begins right as it starts extruding.
