Was wondering if repetier has  a similar function

    Not sure what it does but I don't think so.

    You can test yourself by sending G30 several times and see how it differs.

    We also have a repeat option so instead of measuring a point once you mease it x times and use average height in cases where it is not that stable.

    Allso, is the list of G M codes on RepRap wiki up to date or do you have a list of repetier codes ?

    Repetier.ino in firmware shows all implemented gcodes. Wiki might lack some.
