with Repetier-Firmware configuration tool for version 1.0.0dev, the configuration file containt

/**************** READ FIRST ************************
.../...

   This file is optimized for version 0.92
   generator: http://www.repetier.com/firmware/v092/
.../...

This can be confusing if both versions are used.
