Check for update or fresh install

Hello,

Is there a way to do a new install of RS from RS?
Like the update? It would help for fault finding and customer tech support.

    Updater will only load new versions. But all it does is downloading latest installer and run it. So you can always just download a installer and rerun it. Nothing will happen to your configs.
