Error: Connection timeout - reset send buffer block

I keep getting this error. I set up my printer but haven't been able to make a print yet. I'm working with the Prusa I3 Hesine M505. My mainboard isn't reading the SD port but seems to be able to connect to the USB port so I'm not sure why I can't send the print command straight from my computer. Thanks.

    I guess the error shows that you are not communicating. So I think baud rate is set to wrong value as you seem to have selected a serial port so it gets to connected state. Typical values are 250000 and 115200
