I have changed the Z axes to a lead screw from a threaded rod. But if I change the G code M92 or the values in EEPROM as soon as I reopen the the changes have gone back to the old settings.Am using V1.6.0
More importnant is here your firmware. Since repetier has no M92 you are using marlin? Maybe without eeprom support enabled so it looses data after restart?
